After being made in the image of God (Genesis 1:26), mankind has spent thousands of years trying to make God in OUR image – we would prefer that God believes what we believe, feels as we do, and lines up with our desires, ambitions, and lives.

Each week in our “Made in Our Image” series, we are considering encounters Jesus has with people and exploring how he is often different than expected or wanted.


This week we walk with Martha & Mary, friends of Jesus, as they learn faith-stretching lessons about Jesus through the death of their brother, Lazarus.
